Matthew Root

Matthew completed his law degree before qualifying as a lawyer in 1992. He moved into legal recruitment initially with Reuter Simkin, progressing to HW Daniels Bates Legal, latterly TMP QD Legal, where he rose to the level of Associate Director.

Matthew has extensive experience of search, advertised selection and management assessment having managed both the London practice team at HW Daniels Bates and the regional in-house team at TMP QD Legal.

He has also undertaken a number of senior level appointments for European clients and now oversees the Challenor London business.
