Having started his career with HW Daniels Bates Legal, Matthew launched the private practice and in-house divisions of Reynell and continued with them post-acquisition as TMP QD Legal.

Matthew has both in-house and private practice experience. He has developed an unrivalled reputation for regional in-house recruitment, having undertaken both search and advertised selection assignments for some of the country's leading companies. Matthew has developed a valuable network of candidates and a comprehensive understanding of specialist in-house requirements.

Matthew now oversees the UK in-house operation.
